leftEstate Appraisal, Probate Appraisal or Date of Death Valuation

Disposition of an estate under a will or in probate can be a complex and stressful situation.  Often, an appraisal is required which states an opinion of the "fair market value" of what the property is worth. For estate tax purposes or disposition of the assets of a decedent, a "date of death" valuation is often required. Sometimes, the executor of the estate may choose to have the date be six months after the date of death.

Royal Appraisers LLC takes pride in actually taking the time to listen to the concerns of our clients and yours with kindness, compassion and integrity all while retaining confidentiality.
