December 2016 Estate purposes in Royal Palm Beach Thank you for all your work on the appraisal for my Mother’s villa. I really appreciate your advice. I will forward the current value appraisal to my attorneys. The time of death I will use for tax purposes (IRS). The other appraisal will be used for the lawsuit started by my family member.
The realtor I was talking with is ready to list the property & felt we would be able to sell fast & get close to asking price. So, your appraisal makes me very happy.
